Wires
Wires are used to transmit power from a generator to machines. They can be placed in virtually any way, including going up and down hills. Wires sometimes may not appear to be (as seen in picture below), but PowerCraft will recognize them as connected. Wires can transfer an unlimited amount of energy per tick.
